Software subscription

The workspace, phone operations and AI transcription and summaries are part of the software offering.

Telephone service

You provide and pay for your Twilio account. Numbers and telecom usage are billed separately by the provider.

AI & usage overages

Each plan includes a monthly organization-wide pool of AI-processed recording minutes. Additional minutes cost $0.03 each, including transcription, summary, outcome and action items. Enterprise allowances are negotiated. Recording storage is separate from the AI-minute allowance.
