1. Getting started

After completing signup and account confirmation, open Customer sign in and select your organization at Workspaces. Your organization is separate from other customers. A newly provisioned workspace begins with a General department and queue for configuration; it does not automatically supply telephone service.

Start with an administrator: confirm the subscription and agent allowance, configure your Twilio connection, then configure queues, extensions and team access before receiving live calls.

2. Agents, departments and access

Administrators use Operations to organize departments and queues and assign permitted agents. The agent console is intended for authorized staff. Access is permission-checked at the server, not merely by hiding links. Changes to agents and active-seat counts may be limited by your subscription.

If a link is missing, confirm your assigned role and organization membership with your administrator.

3. Connecting telephone service

Elite Call Center uses your organization’s Twilio account. A subscription to Elite does not include Twilio phone numbers or call usage. A permitted administrator opens Settings and enters the connection information requested by the application. Treat credentials as secrets. Verify ownership of phone numbers and the relevant Twilio voice webhooks before routing production calls.

Confirm that inbound routing and staff browser calling work in a controlled test before using a public business number. Twilio billing and number management remain separate.

4. Queues, IVR and announcements

Use Operations to configure departments and queues, assign agents and define which queue will answer each type of call. Menus let callers select routing options; announcements communicate information to callers. Extensions connect staff and destinations in your call flow.

After changing an IVR menu or queue membership, make a real test call and verify the resulting route. Keep a fallback destination for unavailable agents.

5. Using the browser phone

Authorized agents open Phone or Agent from their organization’s workspace. Allow microphone access in the browser, connect a headset, and verify network stability. Depending on account configuration, the browser phone supports receiving or placing calls and managing call status.

If audio fails, check microphone permissions, device selection, signed-in organization, agent assignments and Twilio connectivity.

6. Recordings, voicemail and AI

Recording and AI processing require configuration and applicable permissions; neither is turned on merely by creating a workspace. Authorized staff can review recordings and related outputs when enabled. AI outputs may include transcripts, summaries, suggested outcomes, action items and follow-up flags; confirm important information manually.

AI-minute allowances vary by subscription. Storage retention, consent requirements and telecom charges are separate considerations.

7. Your organization's branding

Authorized administrators can open Branding to select one of six available themes, set a display name, configure an accent color and upload a logo. Logos must be PNG, JPEG or WebP and no larger than 2 MiB. Changes affect your organization’s presentation, not another customer’s workspace.

8. Billing and subscriptions

Elite is billed as a software subscription; Twilio charges are separate. Your organization’s subscription determines agent limits and AI allowances. Only authorized account holders should make subscription changes. Purchase, billing management and recovery options may be restricted while the service is in evaluation or test rollout.

For a missing payment confirmation or plan discrepancy, submit a support request. Do not send payment card details.

9. Troubleshooting

Login page not loading

Try the direct login page. If it works in Incognito or another browser, clear the site’s stored data and check browser extensions. If the form displays but login fails, use the account recovery process when available.

Calls not arriving

Confirm Twilio number routing, webhook configuration, organization entitlement, queue membership and agent availability.

Logo upload fails

Use PNG, JPEG or WebP under 2 MiB. Ask the administrator to check image format and retry. Provide the displayed error without attaching sensitive files.

Permissions error

Confirm you selected the correct organization and have the required role.

10. Security, recording consent and support

Your organization controls who may access its workspace. Never share passwords, Twilio tokens or recordings in support forms. Apply appropriate caller notices and recording consent for the regions in which you operate. Restrict recordings and AI outputs to staff who need them, and follow applicable retention policies.

Need further help? Send a support request. The form is not an emergency or live-call service.
